1 General Terms

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one Goldes Bet account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, this will be treated as bonus abuse and all associated accounts will be closed.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including your name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Goldes Bet may request government-issued ID and other documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from Goldes Bet is straightforward and fast. However, certain rules apply equally to all users.

• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before making a withdrawal. For example: if the wagering requirement is 10x and the bonus is 1,000 BDT, you must place a total of 10,000 BDT in bets before withdrawing.

Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, abusing bonus balances, or exploiting the bonus system in any way is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

• Every bonus has an expiry date — if not used within the specified period, it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for bonuses.
• Goldes Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

Goldes Bet has a set of fundamental betting rules that all users must follow. These rules are in place to ensure transparency and fairness.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 BDT, and the maximum varies depending on the event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, Goldes Bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Goldes Bet platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Opening an account using a false or fake identity.
• Placing bets using betting bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making payments using a third party's card or bank account.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Goldes Bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Affected users will be notified by email.

Reasons Your Account May Be Closed

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent financial transactions or money laundering.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
